Pool Apartment Only – no more than a 40 day advance reservation accepted and renter subject to possibility of owner occupying main house. Pool Apartment not available as a separate rental during Holidays. Discount can apply to Main House (during non-holiday rates only) by locking down the pool apartment / cabana. Please contact us for further details and rates.
Owner’s Third Floor Level – The rental of the main house (ground floor and second floor) is subject to the owner’s use of the 3rd floor through the owner’s private outside entrance.

Deposit: |
50% at time of booking. If deposit is not received within 10 days of making the reservation the dates will be returned to the rental pool. No credit cards or checks accepted, bank wires or direct deposits only. All bank fees shall be paid by the sender. Full payment may be sent at time of booking if desired. |
Payment terms: |
Unpaid balance is due upon arrival in cash. Holidays, unpaid balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. An additional $500 (Main house) or $250 (Pool Cabana) refundable security deposit is due in cash upon arrival and returned at departure providing all is in order. A $100 charge will be deducted from your security deposit for lost rental keys. |
Cancellations: |
Should a cancellation occur a refund less a 25% cancellation fee plus any Western Union wiring fee (8 – 11%) will be made. If cancelled dates can be filled, a refund less Western Union wiring fee will be made. No refunds or rescheduling on Holidays. |
Check-in: |
Check-in time, house directions and information will be sent when deposit is received. |

Weddings and other group functions are available on site for an event fee in addition to the applicable daily rental charges.
No pets allowed. Owners request smoking outside only.
